ABOUT THE CEDAREDGE POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Cedaredge Police Department is a full service law enforcement agency that provides service to its citizens. The department is currently staffed with 9 employees, that is organized into Patrol, Animal Control, Code Enforcement and Civilian Support Staff, and some part time employees.

The Cedaredge Police Department is located at 140 N.W. 2nd Street, one block north of Main Street in the Community Center. Lobby hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday (unless otherwise posted).

The Cedaredge Police Department works in partnership with the Delta County Sheriff’s Office to provide quality police services to its residents and businesses. For further information, please contact us at (970) 856-4301.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Cedaredge Police Department is to advance the quality of a wide range of services to all citizens by exercising ingenuity, integrity, and accountability in striving for solutions for individual and community demands through the wise and efficient use of public funds, equipment, and available resources; and, to further a strong coordinated work effort that sustains a proper balance of priorities combined with adhering to the letter and the spirit of the law which promotes confidence, liberty, and community solidarity.
